The instep protector by Grishko (0558) consists of a sock with a sewn-in pocket with a special inner cushion made of medically tested silicone. Invisible on the foot and it doesn't impede the dancer's movements. The instep protector protects the foot from scratches caused by contact with the ground and thus prevents foot injuries and skin irritations.

After use, wash gently with soap and water and allow to dry.
