Britain's Got Talent is Back!

Britain's Got Talent hits UK screens again tonight for the opening episode of the fourth series.

What separates this show from the many similar open televised audition shows is the number of dancers it attracts. While X Factor is dedicated to showcasing the singers of the world, Britain's Got Talent is open to literally anyone with ANY talent and attracts scores of dancers and dance groups each year and the dancers frequently do well. In fact in two of the three previous series, the winner was a dancer or dance group. George Sampson was a dynamic young street dancer and last year's winners, dance group, Diversity, have proven incredibly popular.

Their unique style, imaginative choreography and perfectly executed moves made for a stunning performance in their opening audition, leaving judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan amazed. They were a hit with audience too, continuing to astonish through the semis and the final too. The voting public eventually made them the winners, beating hotly tipped favourite, singer Susan Boyle.

The group have since performed at the Royal Variety Show and a number of venues around the country and have a growing number of fans. Their approach to dance was modern, exciting and fresh, begging the question, can any of this year’s dancers top that this year?
