Dancer Profile: George Sampson

George Sampson shot to fame a couple of years ago on much loved reality TV show, Britain's Got Talent. Having failed to make it to the live shows on his first attempt, aged just 13, George came back a year later and not only made it to the live shows, but won the whole competition.

That saw to it that he got a place in the following year's Royal Variety Performance and led to more dance (and even acting) opportunities than he might have dreamed when he was rehearsing his street dance moves in his terraced house back garden.

But George's story is one of talent. He started dancing as a youngster, committing his Saturdays to hitting the streets of Warrington and Manchester, where he would dance to make a few quid to subsidise further lessons.

What a great inspiration the young dancer is for those aspiring for similar success. Check out George's stunning semi-final performance from Britain's Got Talent below.
